Personal note: In 2024 there were multiple truly luxury level homes that were listed for extended periods of time but did not sell. Many of the buyers who I personally spoke with were looking for waterfront with a pool. There was not a home listed last year that combined both of these aspects. Due to the exclusivity and level of clientele in The Ranch, I expect some of these homes to sell in 2025.
