No. This is inside The Cliffs Resort POA. No RV’s are allowed on the property until home is built and then RV/camper must remain out of site.
Are short term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) allowed in The Cliffs?
No. Rentals are allowed, but current bylaws require that they are a minimum of 6 months.
Are utilities available?
Yes! Water, electric, and septic are all available at the road and able to be connected once you build your new home.
Can I build a mobile home?
No. This is inside the Cliffs Resort. There are some building and architectural controls that you will have to pass in order to build. Mobile homes and prefab homes are among the list of items that are not allowed.
Do I get a boat slip or access to the marina when I own a lot?
No and yes. No you do not automatically get a boat slip at the marina. There is currently a wait list for that and you will need to get on the list. That said, you still have access to the marina boat launch, day slips, ship store, and many other amenities.
